Effective marketing is the key to selling your property. My marketing strategy is a multi-tiered system built on my years of experience and proven to be effective. When you ask me to sell your home, I will take the following steps to ensure you get the best possible service:

  • Discuss the marketing plan for your home
  • Arrange the photography of your property for the creation for an electronic Feature Sheet
  • Design an email link and email to my contact list of agents
  • Design a Just Listed announcement card to be distributed to a select area to market your home
  • Design a color feature sheet to be left at the home for showing and as a Email promotion piece
  • Prepare a financial breakdown for the feature sheet
  • Upload the specifics of your home onto www.chestnutpark.com,  www.mls.ca  and www.torontomls.net
  • Input your home on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS);
  • Schedule an open house for other agents;
  • Advertise your property in local newspapers strategically selected to target your identified market;
  • Include your listing in my newsletter
  • Re surface your listing weekly on mls
  • Promote your listing at the Chestnut Park's weekly sales meeting and place your home on the weekly office tour;
  • Promote your home at the Bi-weekly Network Meeting
  • Arrange keys for easy access
  • Arrange convenient times for showings with you
  • Contact all existing clients who may be interested in your property;
  • Discuss with you the steps taken, and invite suggestions for any other strategies we might implement.
  • Provide you with a weekly written report of activity, feedback and marketing
